These Terms of Use apply to the Cart Cactus mobile app and the My Cart Cactus Skill for Alexa, operated by EffOne Solutions.
Use of Cart Cactus
Cart Cactus is provided to help you create, manage, and share grocery lists. You are responsible for the items you add, edit, share, or remove from your lists. Do not use Cart Cactus for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
Alexa Skill
The My Cart Cactus Skill lets you manage a linked shared list by voice and, on supported Echo Show devices, by touch. Depending on the device and Alexa availability, the skill may add items, show checked or unchecked items, check or uncheck items, remove unchecked items, change quantities, and display a scrollable alphabetical list. To use the skill with a shared list, you must link it with a valid Cart Cactus share code and PIN. Anyone with access to your Alexa account or enabled Alexa device may be able to use the skill, so only link lists you are comfortable using with that device.
Shared Lists
Shared lists can be accessed by people who have the share code and PIN. You are responsible for deciding who receives those details. If you no longer want a device or person to use a shared list, you can leave or reset the list from within the app.
Product Information Accuracy
Cart Cactus may display product details such as prices, availability, stock status, and aisle locations to help users plan their shopping. This information may come from third-party grocery data providers, store systems, or other external sources and can change without notice.
Cart Cactus does not guarantee that prices, inventory, product availability, aisle locations, or other store details are accurate, complete, or current. Users should confirm final prices, availability, and item locations directly with the store.
Independent App Notice
Cart Cactus is an independent app and skill. It is not owned, operated, endorsed, or sponsored by The Kroger Co., Fry's Food Stores, Amazon, or their affiliates. Store and platform names are used only to identify compatible features.
No Warranty
Cart Cactus is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the app, skill, product information, prices, aisle details, cart actions, or voice interactions will always be accurate, available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EffOne Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Cart Cactus.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Cart Cactus after changes means you accept the updated terms.
